My department has been through the loss of a member twice .The first ever for us was a LODD of our Chief in 1982 . And in 1996, our head mechanic experienced a heart attack while at the station. From one Brother to another, you will be in my prayers ,as will his familly .

I heard from my dad about this lodd, I hope the family is okay and take comfort that there are alot of firefighter families that are saying a prayer for them in this time of need. I know that my dad does everything in his power to see that he comes home at night and his men as well. my mother has always told us that there may be a time when we get the news about dad, but take comfort in knowing that he was doing something he loved and that a person could be still here on earth because of what he and his men did ,in thire time of need god bless the family
